Delivery Policy

1. Purpose
This policy describes the terms and conditions applicable to the manufacture, delivery, return, modification, and claims for products manufactured by SOUDURE STEVE LESSARD - MÉTAL PRESTIGE, including custom signs, house numbers, and custom clocks.
2. Manufacturing Lead Times
The standard manufacturing lead time is 7 to 8 business days from receipt of a complete purchase order, final approval of visuals, and required payment (deposit or balance as agreed). Any modifications requested after approval may result in delays and additional costs, which will be communicated to the customer before execution.
3. Delivery and pickup
Once manufacturing is complete, the usual delivery time is 1 to 2 business days for areas served by our partner carriers. Deliveries to remote areas, outside the province, or requiring specialized transportation will be subject to a specific quote and delivery time communicated at the time of order.
The customer may also choose to pick up the order at the workshop to avoid shipping costs. SOUDURE STEVE LESSARD - MÉTAL PRESTIGE will notify the customer as soon as the order is ready for pickup.
4. Delivery costs
Delivery costs are specified on the quote based on the geographical area and the delivery method chosen. Additional costs may apply for special requests, handling of bulky items, or specific logistical constraints; these costs will be indicated to the customer before invoicing.
5. Inspection and complaints
The customer is asked to check the condition of the products upon receipt. Any anomaly, damage, or non-compliance must be reported to SOUDURE STEVE LESSARD - MÉTAL PRESTIGE within 48 hours of delivery, by email or telephone, attaching photos and a detailed description if possible. Complaints will be dealt with promptly and SOUDURE STEVE LESSARD - MÉTAL PRESTIGE may request that the parts concerned be kept for inspection.
6. Cancellation and returns
Orders may be canceled before manufacturing begins, subject to the conditions specified in the quote; cancellation fees may apply. After manufacturing has begun, any cancellation or return request is likely to incur production and labor costs and will only be accepted with the written consent of SOUDURE STEVE LESSARD - MÉTAL PRESTIGE.
7. Force majeure
SOUDURE STEVE LESSARD - MÉTAL PRESTIGE cannot be held liable for delays or failures attributable to cases of force majeure, such as material shortages, bad weather, strikes, transport breakdowns, or other events beyond its control. In the event of a foreseeable delay, SOUDURE STEVE LESSARD - MÉTAL PRESTIGE will inform the customer as soon as possible and propose a new deadline.
8. Storage
If the customer opts for collection and does not collect their order within 7 working days of notification of availability, storage fees may be charged. SOUDURE STEVE LESSARD - MÉTAL PRESTIGE will store the goods for a reasonable period of time, after which it reserves the right to charge additional fees or dispose of the product in accordance with the agreed terms and conditions.
